Smorgashboard Sunday Edition 9


So it seems the pulse of the blogosphere is almost back up to normal levels after the holidays. Here's a recap of this week in my blogosphere:

• The great Dance Off over at CP's was a rousing and educational experience of things I would never do. Both Avitable and Mr. Fab danced their asses off... and Avitable was declared the Lord of the Dance
• Newsbitch has discovered that the new type of celebrity in a socialized medicine society are surgeouns. Paris ain't got nothing on them when it comes to preferential treatment
• Dave discovered that health bars aren't all they are cracked up to be nutrituionally. In fact, I think his discovery has inspired me to start comparing Coke to other products deemed "healthy"
• Soda has unveiled a new template for the new year. I am orange with envy
• Sadly Luin discovered that evil is spelled IE. If only Microsoft would get it right the first time around
• B over at ANO got some new members to the family. I never realized there was a difference between Russian Dwarf Hamsters and American Dwarf Hamsters. Apparently hers drink vodka while the Americans drink Bud
• Miss Britt has turned to the dark side. Now it looks like we need more cookies
• Mistress Yoda continues with awesome daily quotes and is showing off her portfolio. Personally I want more Pilot
• Dawn doesn't just attract the loons at work... but it seems she gets them on that web voice service too. Ringling Bros. should hire her as a recruiter for freaks and maybe they'd fill some seats
• Finally, all the breed specific legislation controversy that Virginia started can now be seen on numerous blogs across the sphere, including over at Mark's who thought this week's expression of Peace and Love was hot. I aim, as always, to please. Of course the truth is I'm a pretty shitty shot. It's okay Ralphy, I'll shoot your eye out

That has pretty much been the wrap up of the week in my blogosphere.
